Solid Core Porcelain Insulators for HV Capacitor
1.Rolling technology
2.Stable mechanical strength
3.No fracture, no oil leakage
4.It have 6 sheds, 7 sheds, 9 sheds, 13 sheds and 14 sheds or as per customers' specific requirements.
1. Brief introduction
Capacitor bushings are roll-formed with high-strength porcelain and metal accessories, which have good mechanical and electrical properties. There are currently 1 skirt to 16 skirts capacitor bushings with a maximum creepage distance of 1200mm.

2. Product design
The upper flange of the bushing head is designed with 3 U-shaped grooves. Glue is dispensed at the grooves. The upper flange sleeve is filled with silicon rubber seals and tightened by rolling, which can effectively prevent fasteners. When tightening, it is subjected to torque to make the rolled flange cap loose due to force, effectively avoiding the occurrence of oil leakage on the head.
The bottom of the casing is designed with grooves and inclined surfaces. Glue is applied to the grooves. The lower flange is rolled to make it; tightly integrated with the bottom inclined surface of the porcelain. The flange is tightened and the bottom sealing ring is compressed at the same time. The sealing ring and glue play a
double sealing role. This structure can effectively prevent the capacitor from being subjected to torque during wiring to loosen the flange, effectively avoiding the generation of oil leakage at the bottom, and ensuring the overall mechanical strength, sealing and insulation strength of the product.
3. Manufacturing standard
The manufacturing process of capacitor bushing mainly adopts the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC60137-2008) Standards and JB/T 11052-2010 "Technical Conditions of Press-fit Insulating Sleeves for Capacitors" and other technical specifications and standards.
4. Inspection standards
4.1. Appearance inspection: the color, surface condition, glaze defect, etc. of the porcelain are in accordance with IEC60137Ed.6.0
It is required to inspect one by one, and reject unqualified products.
4.2. Dimensional inspection: strictly in accordance with the technical conditions and drawings signed with the customer.
4.3. Sealing performance: the finished product is tested by helium mass spectrometer leak detector one by one, and the leak rate is less than 10-9Pa.m³ /s.
44. Bending and torsion testing: routine bending strength testing is 50N, The routine torsion strength test is 4Nm.
